XTREME AVIATION, LLC NOW HIRING Ground Support Equipment Associate (GSE) Ground Support Equipment Mechanical Maintenance Airport Operations WORK LOCATION Miami, FL — On-Site JOB TYPE Full-Time ABOUT THE ROLE Xtreme Aviation LLC is looking for a Ground Support Equipment Associate (GSE) to help maintain, repair, and service the vehicles and equipment used to support airport operations. In this role, you will inspect equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform repairs and preventive maintenance, and help keep our GSE fleet safe and operational. On-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical repair skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and follow repair manuals.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service tow tractors, baggage carts, buses, trucks, and service vans.
• Maintain heavy equipment involving hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment to identify needed repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues.
• Schedule and perform periodic maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe repair shop.
• Track parts and tools needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate repair logs for vehicles and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
