About The Position
Lead maintenance projects, mentor technicians, and manage complex troubleshooting for diesel, gasoline, hydraulic, electrical, and automotive systems across the GSE (Ground Support Equipment) fleet, including de-ice trucks. Oversee fleet maintenance schedules and support operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of GSE, fleet, or automotive maintenance experience OR strong mechanical aptitude with leadership potential.
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment non-DOT drug test and FAA background check.
- Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities
- Lead repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for all GSE, including de-ice trucks.
- Perform complex engine, hydraulic, electrical, and automotive repairs.
- Oversee engine and component removal, replacement, and overhauls.
- Manage parts inventory and procurement.
- Mentor Levels I & II Technicians and support their skill development.
- Review maintenance work orders and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with operations to reduce downtime.
