About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support to our ground equipment department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the department by handling various administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of aviation industry is a plus.
  • Administrative assistance, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the aviation or ground handling industry.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
  • Manage departmental correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documents.
  • Assist in creating and updating procedural manuals.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for department members.
  • Assist in scheduling and tracking departmental training sessions.
  • Act as a liaison between maintenance and other departments within the organization.
  • Handle internal and external inquiries and ensure timely responses.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
  • Assist in managing inventory related to the Ground Support Department.
  • Manage purchase orders.
