About The Position

We're on a mission to make subscriber churn a solved problem. Backed by a16z Speedrun, we build AI agents that help consumer subscription brands — like Higgsfield and Promova — retain more users, extend lifetime value, and grow fast. We're an incredibly driven team working on a problem that affects every consumer on the planet. If that sounds like your kind of thing, we'd love to meet you. Our co-founders are Azamat Khamidov and Benazir Toleubekova . Azamat built a Telegram AI product from zero to five million users in four months, the first acquisition inside Telegram. Benazir received a full scholarship to Beijing University of Technology at 15. Joined Taobao at 17. At Alibaba, she architected the core recommendation engine serving 500M daily users.

Requirements

A deep understanding of the internet, social media, and how people actually behave online.
Strong writing instincts and the ability to make technical or business topics feel interesting and human.
An understanding of what makes people stop scrolling, engage, share, and follow.
Strong awareness of startup, technology, and internet culture.
A creative and experimental mindset with the ability to move quickly from idea to execution.
A strong interest in building your own personal brand alongside the company.
An independent and proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership and make things happen.
Based in San Francisco or able to be here full-time.

Responsibilities

Create and publish content across X, LinkedIn, and other social channels.
Turn company updates, customer wins, events, launches, photos, and ideas into content people actually want to engage with.
Stay deeply plugged into the internet, startup culture, and what people are talking about online.
Identify trends and conversations we should be part of and move quickly when opportunities appear.
Come up with creative ways to grow reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
Test new content formats, ideas, and distribution strategies, then double down on what works.
Help drive major product launches, company announcements, events, and other high-attention moments.
Build your own personal brand and become an active voice within the startup and tech community.
