This role requires a strong focus on creative strategy, including developing testing roadmaps, writing compelling hooks, storyboarding concepts, and working closely with an in-house videographer in rapid 48-hour cycles. The position also involves managing paid UGC and creator whitelisting, ensuring all advertising maintains the voice of a knowledgeable, friendly gardener to uphold brand integrity and the "By Gardeners, For Gardeners" promise.
