About The Position

To bridge the gap between our high-level brand philosophy and the analytical rigor of sales. You will own the full content lifecycle—from the "Great Places" narrative in our blogs to the high-conversion CTAs in our drip campaigns—ensuring we don't just produce strong content, but valuable content that generates measurable sales leads. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Major Responsibility: You will be responsible for translating our mission into a high-velocity lead generation engine, utilizing AI to scale production while ensuring every word adheres to the specific nuances of our industry and brand. Brand & Voice Ownership Act as the final "vibe-checker" for all content. Ensure 100% adherence to terminology (e.g., "spaces" not "stalls/spots") and our "vibrant, walkable cities" narrative. AI-Native Production Leverage an AI-stack to draft, research, and scale content for blogs, newsletters, and social media 3–5x faster than traditional methods. Utilize AI without losing brand "soul." Lead Generation & Workflows Utilize ZoomInfo WebSights to identify high-intent visitors. Build automated ZoomInfo Workflows that trigger personalized, nuanced outreach. Event & Sales Integration Work hand-in-hand with the Sales & Marketing Manager on trade shows and in-person events. Lead the strategy and execution for partner webinars focused on retention and new acquisition. Optimization & Testing Partner with Growth Operations to A/B test headlines, CTA buttons, and email structures to build a "pipeline of success" for the sales team.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in B2B Content Marketing or Growth Marketing.
  • Proficiency in ZoomInfo (WebSights/Workflows), Salesforce (or similar CRM), and AI tools (Claude, Jasper, etc.).

  • Analytical Mindset: You prioritize MQLs and conversion rates over vanity metrics like impressions.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Sales & Marketing Manager on trade shows and in-person events.
  • Lead the strategy and execution for partner webinars focused on retention and new acquisition.
  • A/B test headlines, CTA buttons, and email structures to build a "pipeline of success" for the sales team.
