Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of acquiring, closing, or expanding new logos and accounts.
  • A consultative selling approach with the ability to connect at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-starter energy — you thrive in a fast-moving, independent environment.
  • Skill at building consensus among multiple stakeholders with different priorities.
  • A true team player, comfortable collaborating across sales, delivery, and project teams to get the right people in the room and keep deals moving.
  • Working knowledge of procurement processes, RFPs, and vendor evaluation criteria.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • High energy and genuine enthusiasm for in-person networking, conferences, and relationship-building.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis and able to work on-site in our Madison, Wisconsin office.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Transportation (logistics, safety and compliance, fleet management) and/or BioHealth (laboratory operations, equipment integration, contract research organizations) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Open doors to new business through targeted prospecting, networking, and consultative selling.
  • Grow the accounts you land by spotting cross-sell and upsell opportunities before your clients even ask.
  • Get inside your clients' world — developing a deep understanding of business challenges in BioHealth or Transportation and aligning the right solutions to solve them.
  • Own the deal from first call to signature , coordinating and assisting throughout the full sales cycle from lead qualification through contract negotiation and close.
  • Team up with delivery and project teams to keep clients happy and coming back.
  • Keep deals moving by coordinating NDAs, helping author SOWs, and making sure the right people are in the room for every sales meeting.
  • Build and protect your pipeline — researching targets, tracking engagement, and following up like it's second nature.
  • Show up and stand out at networking events and trade shows to build your network and expand client relationships.
