About The Position

Reporting to the Finance Director with accountability to the growth initiatives of the firm and the Chief Revenue Officer, the Growth & Revenue Analyst will build the data and reporting foundation for our growth engine. The analyst will support sales, marketing, and leadership with clear insights into pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance. By ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems, this role will help teams make better decisions faster and align around shared metrics. The work will directly inform forecasting, prioritization, and strategic planning as the organization scales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Analytics, Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in analytics, finance, business intelligence, or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (required), including the ability to analyze data using formulas, pivot tables, and structured models.
  • Experience working with CRM data, including extracting, analyzing, and reporting on pipeline or performance metrics; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, gaps, and inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with experience producing reliable, repeatable reports.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators across the growth funnel, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, channel performance, and revenue forecasting.
  • Monitor pipeline performance by analyzing leads, meetings, and stage‑to‑stage conversions to support sales forecasting and capacity planning.
  • Analyze channel performance across events, outbound efforts, and partnerships to assess effectiveness and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain revenue forecasts by integrating pipeline data, historical trends, and conversion assumptions.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of conversion rates and drop‑off points across the full funnel to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities in performance data, and proactively surface insights to sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Support the DFW pilot and other growth initiatives by providing data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking to inform decision‑making and iteration.
  • Partner with Sales Operations and leadership to understand reporting requirements, define metrics, and deliver accurate, relevant dashboards and insights.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and timeliness, including the delivery of weekly dashboards and ad‑hoc analyses as needed.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and visualizations that enable data‑driven decisions across leadership.
  • Maintain documentation and definitions for metrics and dashboards to ensure shared understanding and consistent interpretation of data.
  • Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and data visibility as the organization scales.
