About The Position

As a Growth & Planning Project Manager – Operations, you will lead operational initiatives that support the expansion, efficiency, and overall performance of the EōS Fitness portfolio. Reporting to the Chief of Staff within the Growth & Planning team, you will also work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the VP, Business Operations to ensure cross-functional operational projects are executed with clarity, consistency, and alignment to organizational priorities. This role partners cross functionally across Growth & Planning, Operations, Sales, Group Fitness, Facilities, Marketing, and Field Leadership to drive execution and operational readiness for key initiatives.

  • Experience as a Project Manager with a track record of successful operational project delivery.
  • Proficiency with project management tools; Smartsheet experience is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Ability to work in a gym environment, move throughout club floors, and communicate with employees, members, and vendors.
  • Ability to operate company computer systems, prepare documents, and manage digital workflows.
  • Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, project management, or related field preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Smartsheet experience preferred or other project management tool experience
  • AI Experience is plus (Copilot)

Responsibilities

  • Lead operations focused projects from discovery through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for operational initiatives.
  • Oversee internal project management systems and workflows, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Analyze operational outcomes to measure project success, lead post-project reviews, and implement process improvements as needed.
  • Partner with Operations, Sales, Group Fitness, Facilities, Marketing, and Field Leadership to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross functional meetings, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and timely progress toward milestones.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for operational project updates, risk identification, and issue resolution.
  • Support the planning and rollout of new operational programs, gym amenities, and process enhancements.
  • Ensure operational teams are equipped with the necessary documentation, training materials, and implementation resources.
  • Monitor project deliverables—including SOPs, test plans, training guides, and operational documentation—to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendor partners, strategic affiliates, and external stakeholders to support operational project needs.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination for operational partnerships, promotional calendars, and cross functional initiatives.
  • Assist with planning and execution of internal conferences, operational events, and executive presentations.
  • Support the discovery, planning, and implementation of new brand innovations and operational enhancements.
