Growth & Performance Analyst

Atlantic Regional Federal Credit UnionSouth Portland, ME
Onsite

About The Position

Atlantic is Maine’s leading credit union, and our growth is driven by what the numbers tell us. But growth needs better visibility—and we’re looking for a Growth & Performance Analyst to help us see what’s really happening and what should happen next. This isn’t a generic reporting role. It’s where data, structure, and decision-making meet. You’ll build and maintain the reports and dashboards that leaders rely on every day. Think consistent definitions. Metrics that actually align to strategy. And analysis that moves conversations from opinion to evidence. We’re a hands-on, data-curious, collaboration-first kind of team. You’ll be the engine behind enterprise reporting for loans, deposits, member growth, marketing performance, and operational metrics—and the person leaders turn to when they need to understand the “why” behind the numbers. This is a highly visible, stakeholder-facing role. You will routinely write executive summaries, lead live discussions with department heads, and field unscripted questions from senior leaders. You won’t just refresh spreadsheets; you’ll help shape how Atlantic uses data to make decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Intermediate SQL and Power BI (or equivalent BI tool) experience.
  • Comfort pulling, structuring, and validating data from multiple systems.
  • Ability to translate business questions into metrics and metrics into recommendations.
  • High discretion and accountability when handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise reporting for loans, deposits, member growth, marketing performance, and operational metrics—so leadership has the same trusted numbers every time.
  • Deliver executive- and Board-ready dashboards with consistent definitions, reliable refreshes, and clear visualizations.
  • Answer ad hoc business questions by pulling and combining data from multiple systems, identifying trends and variances, and summarizing findings in a way non-technical partners can act on.
  • Protect data integrity by validating accuracy across systems, reconciling discrepancies, and documenting reporting logic, definitions, and assumptions.
  • Partner cross-functionally to align metrics and reporting outputs with evolving strategy and priorities.

Benefits

  • competitive pay
  • full benefits
  • meaningful work with direct access to leadership
  • a role that will push your analytical, technical, and communication skills to the next level
