About The Position
GMT Strategy is seeking highly motivated, entrepreneurial sales professionals to help local businesses grow through advanced marketing systems, customer targeting, and business strategy. This is not a traditional sales role. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys cold outreach, face-to-face business conversations, and wants unlimited earning potential in a performance-driven environment.
Requirements

- Sales experience is preferred, but hustle, confidence, and consistency matter more than resumes.
Responsibilities
- Generating and closing new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Cold calling local businesses
- Visiting businesses in person to introduce solutions
- Building relationships with business owners
- Prospecting and generating new leads
- Setting appointments and conducting discovery conversations
- Presenting marketing and business growth opportunities
- Following up with prospects consistently
- Managing your own local territory and pipeline
- Collaborating with GMT Strategy leadership on proposals and closing opportunities
