About The Position

Uplane is building an AI marketing operating system to address the billions wasted on ineffective marketing strategies. Our software assists marketing teams with ad creation (static and video), landing page design, and budget allocation. We are seeking an ambitious Growth Operator who is dedicated to company growth and establishing the operational framework for a rapidly scaling business. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with the founders, learn the intricacies of building a company, and contribute to the development of an AI-native organization.

Requirements

• Passion for building, growth, people, and execution.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in areas such as business development, consulting, startups, or operations.
• Strong social skills and ability to persuade others.
• Structured and organized approach to managing multiple parallel tasks effectively.
• Fast learner, hard-working, and stress-resistant with a problem-solving mindset.
• Exceptional achievements during and beyond academic studies.
• Fluent in both German and English.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founders on projects that drive Uplane's growth, such as international team scaling and new project launches.
• Build AI-native operations where AI is integrated into every workflow, minimizing manual tasks.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members for the marketing agency of the future, ensuring rapid integration of new hires.
