Growth Operations Lead

Collective Insights CareersAtlanta, GA

About The Position

As a Growth Operations Lead with our award‑winning team at Collective Insights, you will build and run the systems behind how the firm grows. You will own the account management model, the reporting the Growth Office runs on, and the day-to-day coordination of the firm’s technology partner ecosystem. Much of this does not exist yet, so you will be building as much as running.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years in consulting, professional services, or a comparable environment, including time in an operations, revenue operations, or business operations role.
  • Demonstrated record of building processes that people outside your reporting line adopt and keep using.
  • Direct experience with account planning, pipeline management, scorecards, or recurring operating cadences.
  • Working proficiency in CRM reporting and data quality management.
  • Clear written communication and the ability to prepare materials for an executive audience.
  • Comfort driving a process to a decision without owning the decision.
  • Operations experience inside a consulting or professional services firm.
  • Experience supporting a technology partner or alliance program, including tiering, deal registration, and certification tracking.
  • Salesforce administration or reporting experience.
  • Experience standing up a new operating function.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the firm’s account management model, including account tiering, scorecards, and review cadence.
  • Run recurring account reviews, from materials and facilitation through to closing out commitments.
  • Maintain account and opportunity data in CRM to support staging, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Track the firm’s technology and channel partner ecosystem, including agreement status, program requirements, and active joint pursuits.
  • Own assigned partner relationships, and support other owners by tracking commitments and closing open items.
  • Serve as the intake point for opportunities surfaced through the channel and the firm’s network.
  • Track partner program obligations including certification attainment, deal registration, and joint marketing commitments.
  • Own Growth Office reporting on practice, account, and channel performance.
  • Publish reporting on the cadence firm leadership requires.
  • Administer the tools and systems supporting account management, pipeline tracking, and channel activity.
  • Run the Growth Office’s recurring planning routines, including agendas, materials, and open questions through to resolution.
  • Maintain Growth Office communications materials, including internal presentations and firm-wide updates.
  • Take on additional Growth Office execution work as priorities shift.
