About The Position

This role is designed for individuals who want to witness and actively participate in the scaling of a startup. You will function as the founder's primary support, managing significant projects across growth, operations, automation, recruiting, and events. You will have a voice in crucial strategic decisions and be responsible for transforming vague concepts into tangible outcomes. The position offers considerable variety, with tasks ranging from executing marketing campaigns to developing internal automations or organizing industry events. It is ideal for those who enjoy diverse challenges, autonomy, and the ability to drive results in complex situations.

Requirements

Significant exposure to startups and early-stage companies
Ability to talk to and sell directly to early-stage founders
Track record of independently taking projects from 0 to 1
Comfort with automation tools and "vibe coding" platforms

Nice To Haves

VC associate / Analyst experience (understanding markets, GTM, and startup pace)
Former founder or early-stage employee experience
Experience planning and running events or community initiatives
Comfort with light technical tasks (APIs, no-code tools)

Responsibilities

Manage App Marketing content (LinkedIn, email, Twitter, etc.)
Oversee Ad Campaigns & outbound efforts (LinkedIn, email)
Host events
Facilitate Product-Agency integration/collaboration
Identify operational bottlenecks, design processes, and implement tools to resolve them
Build internal automations (Zapier, n8n, Airtable, etc.) to scale workflows
Stay informed about AI advancements and advocate for the adoption of relevant tooling
Source and recruit high-impact candidates
Develop partnerships to create new growth channels
