The Growth Operations Coordinator supports the execution and day‑to‑day operations of the firm's Growth initiatives across Marketing, Business Development, and Client Experience. The individual in this role will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Business Development and is responsible for coordinating prospect and center of influence activity, maintaining pipeline data in the client relationship management system (CRM), tracking priorities, driving next-step accountability, and ensuring follow‑through on all growth‑related activities. The Growth Operations Coordinator serves as the execution hub for Growth Team activity, helping HC scale a repeatable business development process while delivering a polished high-touch experience for prospects, referral partners, and internal teammates. The individual in this role is highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and energized by supporting a fast‑moving growth engine, keeping projects on track, and serving as a key connective point across teams.
