Requirements

Exceptional organizational, project management, and follow-through skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executive leadership and external partners.
Proven ability to drive accountability and maintain momentum on strategic initiatives.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Previous experience supporting executive leadership in business operations, project coordination, or strategic initiatives.
Knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and Producer recruiting practices.
Experience coordinating executive schedules, meetings, travel, and business communications.

Responsibilities

Partner with the President and Regional Managing Directors to advance strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
Attend leadership meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items.
Drive accountability for strategic initiatives by tracking commitments and facilitating follow-up discussions.
Build strong working relationships across the organization to enhance communication and collaboration.
Lead and coordinate Producer recruitment efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition and leadership teams.
Develop and execute outreach and engagement initiatives to attract and retain high-performing Producers.
Serve as a key point of contact throughout the candidate experience, ensuring a professional and consistent process.
Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and related logistics.
Facilitate leadership communications, meeting agendas, and organizational workflows.
Manage executive priorities, action items, and follow-up activities to ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
