Backed by leading investors and trusted by some of the largest publicly traded companies in North America, NetNow is scaling fast — and we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help drive pipeline growth and accelerate customer acquisition.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a focus on growth or demand generation
- Proven track record managing paid digital campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset and data fluency
- Ability to write and test high-converting marketing copy
- Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Self-starter with excellent prioritization skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience marketing to finance, credit, or B2B operations teams
- Familiarity with sales enablement and account-based marketing
- Background in startups or vertical SaaS companies
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Own performance marketing programs across paid search, paid social, and retargeting
- Partner with sales to optimize lead quality and funnel conversion
- Run experiments to test messaging, offers, and audiences
- Manage marketing automation and analytics tools
- Track KPIs like CAC, conversion rate, and ROI
