The Role: Caring Transitions is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, CTBids to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives that grow our online estate sale marketplace. You’ll be joining our Marketing team in Cincinnati, Ohio, which consists of a Digital Marketing Manager, a Senior Marketing Manager, and a VP of Marketing. We’re a creative, hands-on, and pragmatic team that values initiative, personal accountability, and adaptability. We enjoy working together to build marketing programs that help our brand and franchise owners achieve revenue and growth goals. As our Growth Marketing Manager, CTBids, your primary focus will be to create and manage campaigns to drive bidder growth, seller acquisition, auction participation, and revenue across the CTBids marketplace. You’ll strategize and execute paid, earned, and owned campaigns, test and analyze performance, and build scalable programs that accelerate marketplace growth. In this role, you’ll work closely with the broader marketing team, franchise owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve shared business goals. The Growth Marketing Manager, CTBids will report to the Vice President of Marketing. The salary range for this position is $65,000–$75,000 annually. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
