We're looking for a sharp, analytical Growth Marketing Manager to build our lifecycle marketing function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to take a blank canvas and create a best-in-class CRM and engagement program that drives consultations and revenue across our portfolio of brands. You'll own the full strategy and execution—from defining our segmentation framework and building automated journeys to launching experiments and optimizing performance. Working closely with our CRM Manager, you'll establish the processes, systems, and campaigns that turn our contact database into a consistent pipeline of qualified consultations. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Performance Marketing, Online Events, Customer Success, SEO, and Social Media teams to design programs that work seamlessly across the customer journey. Your north star metric? Consultations generated from our contact database. This role is perfect for someone from a top-tier consulting background (MBB, Big 4 strategy, or similar) who wants to transition into high-impact marketing and build something meaningful. You're strategic and structured in your thinking, but equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to execute. You love solving complex problems, you move fast, and you're excited to learn a new domain. This will be a hybrid role with onsite work required at our office in NYC.
