About The Position

Verisoul is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join their highly collaborative growth team. This role is crucial for building the marketing engine of the company, shaping its go-to-market approach for years to come. The ideal candidate is a versatile marketer comfortable operating across multiple disciplines to drive business growth. The role focuses on three main objectives: Brand-building, Demand generation, and Building a scalable marketing infrastructure.

Requirements

5+ years in marketing, preferably including B2B/tech
Project management and collaboration skills to keep multiple workstreams moving across marketing, sales, and product without dropping details.
Editorial judgment, with top-notch writing chops that can connect with multiple audiences.
A strong portfolio demonstrating your approach to marketing – could be social media content, thought leadership, events, strategy, etc.
Balance of creative and analytical skills: Proactively pursue new ideas and identify better ways of working while keeping decisions grounded in data and systems-level thinking.
Comfort owning projects end to end in a small team.

Responsibilities

Help fill pipeline by working closely with the growth team to identify target audiences, channels, and messaging.
Build, launch, and measure campaigns using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, HeyReach, Smartlead, and Clay.
Accelerate content creation (e.g., reports, articles, videos, etc.) and distribution across channels, especially social media (primarily LinkedIn and YouTube).
Identify and collaborate with external partners to secure coverage in niche newsletters, podcasts, and articles.
Identify and experiment with new channels, formats, and messaging, and measure and iterate.
Partner with the GTM team to build vertical-specific assets that help close deals.
Improve our CRM setup & data hygiene, and help with top-of-funnel reporting.
Develop messaging, content, and promotion for the events Verisoul attends and hosts, both in-person and digital (e.g., webinars).
