Weâre looking for a hands-on, execution-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to build and run our growth engine. This is not a strategy-only role. You will personally design, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns, while also setting direction and building scalable systems for long-term growth. This role sits at the intersection of demand generation, lead generation, ABM, performance marketing, and community led growth. Youâll own the full funnel from first touch to qualified pipeline and turn trusted relationships, communities, and partners into measurable revenue. Youâll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to ensure tight GTM alignment, clean handoffs, and clear attribution from campaign to pipeline. This role is ideal for a senior marketer who enjoys both owning and doing. This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco headquarters. To foster collaboration and maintain our fast-paced culture, we require 2 days per week in the office.
