About The Position

SafeMe is a personal safety app expanding into the UK market. This is a high-performing owner role responsible for the UK Go-To-Market strategy, from market discovery and brand positioning to campaign execution and iteration. The role reports directly to the Board and involves leading and collaborating with a team of content creators, safety experts, and engineers. It requires full immersion in the product and company.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in B2C consumer marketing with a strong digital focus.
  • Proven experience scaling digital products, mobile apps, or subscription-based mobile services.
  • Track record of successfully introducing or repositioning a brand in a new market.
  • Natural flair for storytelling and exceptional copywriting skills.
  • Deep, hands-on mastery of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Ability to uncover consumer insights and build accurate personas.
  • Experience building a trusted Tone of Voice in sensitive categories (e.g., safety, health, fintech).
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Polish.
  • Professional fluency in English (minimum C1).

Nice To Haves

  • Instinctive understanding of the UK consumer, cultural codes, humor, British English nuances, and media consumption habits.
  • Experience working with female-focused brands in safety, well-being, FemTech, or lifestyle.

Responsibilities

  • Run a deep-dive analysis of SafeMe, historical marketing data, and early UK traction signals.
  • Decode the UK market, defining target segments, user vocabulary, barriers, and core motivations, focusing on women aged 18-35 and urban parents.
  • Architect the UK value proposition, defining tone of voice, key messaging, and narratives around everyday safety.
  • Design an aggressive channel strategy (Meta, TikTok, Google) for the 3-6 month growth playbook, mapping platform roles and building a creative testing roadmap.
  • Script, brief, and oversee creative production, while personally launching, managing, and scaling performance campaigns.
  • Run continuous A/B tests on copy, hooks, angles, and audiences, translating data into growth recommendations.
  • Own and report on key growth metrics (CAC, CTR, CPC, trial-to-paid conversions, cohort retention) to stakeholders.
