This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract for a results-driven campaign marketer to join the B2B Growth Marketing team. The position is responsible for coordinating and delivering integrated marketing campaigns to support audience growth, customer expansion, and commercial objectives within Wood Mackenzie’s Natural Resources portfolio. The Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with the Marketing Director, taking ownership of the full campaign lifecycle, including audience strategy, planning, orchestration, channel optimization, journey management, and sales interlock. Collaboration with sales, product marketing, content, digital, and operations teams is essential for seamless campaign execution that resonates with target personas and moves them through the buyer’s journey.

Requirements

  • Experience executing integrated B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing campaign delivery from briefing to execution.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, lead generation programs, or customer marketing initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to execution excellence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global, matrixed teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns within Natural Resources, Energy, Commodities, Financial Services, SaaS, Technology, or related sectors.
  • Basic understanding of funnel metrics and pipeline acceleration tactics, with a willingness to develop this knowledge.
  • Knowledge of marketing operations processes, lead management workflows, and campaign automation.
  • Experience using project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Wrike).
  • Experience working within global marketing organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain audience campaign strategies based on target personas, buyer needs, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Own the creation and management of campaign briefs, ensuring stakeholder alignment on objectives, audience, messaging, and outcomes.
  • Define and refine campaign messaging in partnership with product marketing and content teams.
  • Own campaign goals, KPIs, and budget management, tracking spend and performance against targets.
  • Lead campaign planning and orchestration across integrated channels (email, paid social, display, SEM, SEO, content syndication, nurture flows).
  • Drive channel planning and optimization with digital marketing and media teams, managing paid acquisition and refining tactics through A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Oversee campaign setup and deployment for emails, landing pages, nurture programs, audience lists, and assets for a seamless buyer experience.
  • Manage stakeholder interlock and communication, coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating campaign reviews.
  • Provide consistent status reporting, monitoring execution and performance, and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Work with sales and lead management teams to ensure effective lead routing, follow-up, and campaign readiness.
  • Support leads and pipeline reporting, tracking campaign performance against KPIs (MQLs, SALs, cost per lead, pipeline contribution).
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to maintain campaign governance, lead management processes, and data quality.
  • Coordinate the execution of third-party marketing activities (webinars, sponsored content, content syndication, event partnerships).
  • Manage delivery logistics, follow-up processes, and lead handoff for third-party channels.
