We’re looking for a results-driven eCommerce Growth Marketer to own and accelerate online revenue across our DTC and B2B channels. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, merchandising, and data-driven testing—responsible for identifying growth opportunities, executing experiments, and scaling what works. You’ll operate in a complex environment with multiple SKUs, audiences, price tiers, and promotional constraints, partnering cross-functionally with brand, product, sales, and analytics teams to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention while maintaining brand integrity. This is an ideal role for someone who is analytical, creative, and operationally strong—equally comfortable digging into data and launching campaigns. This role will report to Senior Director of Growth and Innovation. This position is a Hybrid position working out of our San Ramon office Tuesday - Thursday and remotely Mondays and Fridays. Please note this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
