Responsibilities Drive e-commerce sales growth through digital marketing and optimization Develop and run marketing strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and repeat customers Manage campaigns across Amazon and paid ads, and via email, SMS, and social media Continuously track and report business performance and results through key metrics Work with internal teams to maximize website experience, promotions, and product merchandising Develop campaigns focused on product education, benefits, and brand storytelling Qualifications The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong experience in Amazon and e-commerce marketplace platforms, and digital marketing and campaign management Analytical, creative, and passionate about growing e-commerce business and brand 4+ years of experience in Amazon marketplace, ecommerce, and digital marketing Experience managing paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, retargeting) Strong initiative and problem-solving skills Ability to initiate and drive multiple projects simultaneously The position is located full-time on site in our Mount Olive, NJ Headquarters. Requirements

• The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong experience in Amazon and e-commerce marketplace platforms, and digital marketing and campaign management

• 4+ years of experience in Amazon marketplace, ecommerce, and digital marketing
• Experience managing paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, retargeting)
