Summary Statement: The eCommerce Analyst will be dedicated to optimization and reporting across all digital marketing campaigns and working within each program to manage reporting and provide digital optimization tactics. This position will also aid in change requests for digital products such as websites, mobile apps, and new tech features gain velocity to implement cost saving tactics, gain higher ROI, and improve guest services. Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to: Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives and ecommerce programs aligned with established revenue and performance goals. Extract, analyze, and maintain daily reporting across ecommerce platforms using data visualization tools and data repositories. Produce regular departmental reporting and collaborate with Business Intelligence and Finance teams to validate data and performance insights. Assist in managing ecommerce-related projects, coordinating timelines and deliverables between Revenue Management, Marketing, business units, and external partners. Monitor digital marketing and ecommerce performance, providing recommendations to optimize results across channels. Track, analyze, and report on key ecommerce KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, website traffic, and campaign performance. Maintain and refine ROI measurement frameworks to ensure marketing investments align with business objectives. Produce weekly and monthly reports on website performance, ecommerce activity, and digital marketing results. Analyze digital data to identify opportunities for website optimization, campaign improvements, and revenue growth. Support analysis of guest booking behavior and the overall digital customer journey. Qualifications: – Includes but is not limited to: Ability to effectively communicate in English. Project management skills that enable the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to obtain & maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures. Ability to successfully mentor a team. Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Minimum Education and Experience: At least 21 years of age. 1 year previous experience in a similar or related environment. Certificates, Licenses, Regulations: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
