Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or digital strategy
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, digital media, and performance marketing
  • Experience working with agencies and managing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or similar tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive scalable digital growth strategies across eight Hair Professional brands in North America
  • Identify and activate cross-brand growth levers, translate performance insights into action, and contribute to revenue growth across eCommerce and digital channels
  • Optimize performance across key eCommerce platforms by improving conversion, content, and user experience
  • Ensure strong, consistent execution of launches, campaigns, and digital initiatives while scaling best practices across brands. Media & Performance Management
  • Oversee digital media strategy and execution across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Analyze performance, optimize ROI, and strengthen partnerships with agencies and platform partners
  • Support implementation and optimization of tools such as Ratings & Reviews, CRM, and analytics platforms
  • Partner with IT, Legal, and Procurement to ensure effective integration and scalable solutions
  • Enhance digital content, SEO, and overall user experience across brand touchpoints
  • Ensure consistency, relevance, and performance across all digital assets
  • Act as a Center of Excellence connector across Brand, Social Commerce, and regional teams
  • Drive alignment, enable best practices, and support broader digital transformation initiatives. D2C & Social Commerce
  • Support D2C and Social Commerce initiatives through testing, optimization, and scaling of emerging channels, ensuring alignment with overall digital strategy
