Weâre looking for a strategic, data-driven Growth Marketing Manager, Conversion & Experimentation to optimize the full digital customer journey across our fintech ecosystem; the role will be critical to optimize from first visit and all owned platform touchpoints up until registration, purchase, onboarding, and lifecycle engagements. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, UX design, product merchandising, experimentation, and marketing technology infrastructure. You will drive measurable revenue growth by improving how financial products are presented, how users move through our conversion funnels, and how marketing performance is tracked and optimized. You will also own critical MarTech enablement, ensuring marketing teams have the correct tracking, tagging, QA processes, and experimentation frameworks to operate with speed and accuracy. This role reports to the Director, Growth Marketing.
