About The Position

Nash is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to build the demand engine for its autonomic logistics platform. This role involves owning plays, demand generation, distribution, and lifecycle management to convert a large, varied market into pipeline. The position is hands-on, focusing on building and scaling an outbound-led, account-based marketing motion, supported by internally developed tooling. The Growth Marketing Lead will work across multiple industries including retail, industrial, grocery, transportation and logistics, healthcare, and field services.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B growth marketing or demand generation, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven experience with ABM and outbound plays, including building, running, and scaling account-based programs and outbound motions from target list to booked pipeline.
  • Fluency across the GTM stack, including enrichment, intent, automation, paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn), and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Experience working with Claude Code (or similar LLM) and git repos, utilizing AI for building, versioning, and shipping tools in a code-backed environment.
  • Experience as a builder who works with platforms and their APIs, shipping workflows and automations across a GTM stack.
  • Experience marketing complex B2B or enterprise products and the ability to quickly become fluent in new verticals.
  • Alignment with Nash culture: high ownership, sharp design, curiosity, candor, and a bias to build and ship fast.

Nice To Haves

  • Operates autonomously and moves programs forward without hand-holding.
  • Deep expertise in outbound, ABM, paid, and underlying systems, with the ability to articulate performance and rationale to leadership.
  • Builds strong, proactive partnerships with ADR and Sales.
  • Analytical, comfortable moving between campaign data and strategy conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • High energy and a get-it-done attitude, with a sense of humor and a taste for the whimsical.

Responsibilities

  • Build target account lists and corresponding plays (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) in collaboration with Sales and ADR leadership.
  • Develop deep understanding of Nash's verticals (retail, industrial, grocery, T&L, restaurants, healthcare, field services) to tailor targeting and messaging.
  • Operate accounts through Nash GTM OS, shaping audiences, prioritizing, routing signals, and moving accounts from cold to engaged.
  • Ensure target accounts hear Nash across multiple channels (outbound, social, account-targeted paid) on a deliberate cadence, utilizing ABM and surround sound strategies.
  • Own outbound as the core of the motion, defining audience, message, sequence, and underlying signals.
  • Execute integrated campaigns around launches, events, and key moments, managing automation for conversion, follow-up, and nurture.
  • Drive organic social distribution and boost high-performing content to target audiences.
  • Capture and route inbound demand from form fills, landing page enrollments, and web visitors to the appropriate plays.
  • Manage the customer lifecycle, including nurture, product announcements, expansion, and re-engagement.
  • Build necessary surfaces and flows for plays, such as AI SDR and inbound flows, landing pages, calculators, and self-serve tools.
  • Own reporting and attribution to track performance, identify pipeline drivers, and inform future strategies.
  • Build a strong partnership with ADR leadership and AEs, focusing on pipeline and account priorities.
  • Equip AEs and ADRs with campaign context and live account signals to enhance their outreach.
  • Develop nurture and follow-up cadences that maintain campaign context.
  • Ensure a clean handoff from marketing to Sales with a rapid feedback loop on lead and campaign quality.
