About The Position

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who loves turning ideas into results. Our marketing team has no shortage of opportunities, campaigns, and growth ideas. What we're missing is another high-caliber operator who can take ownership of those opportunities and execute them to a high standard. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll work closely with leadership and the marketing team to identify growth opportunities, build campaigns, launch initiatives, measure results, and continuously improve performance. You'll also bring an invaluable USA perspective to our business. We see significant growth potential in the American market and want someone who understands the culture, buying behaviour, language, and nuances that can help us identify opportunities and avoid blind spots. This is not a role for someone who wants to simply manage vendors or coordinate projects. It's for someone who enjoys building, testing, launching, optimizing, and winning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, direct response marketing, or demand generation
  • Experience marketing high-ticket services, coaching programs, consulting, education, or information products
  • Strong understanding of funnels, lead generation, and customer acquisition
  • Experience with webinars, paid advertising, social media marketing, launches, and campaign execution
  • Ability to write persuasive direct response copy
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and similar systems
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with marketing data and KPIs
  • Advanced user of AI tools and committed to continuously improving how you use them
  • Experience working remotely and managing projects independently

Responsibilities

  • Building and optimizing webinar funnels
  • Launching quiz funnels and lead generation campaigns
  • Improving booked call show-up rates and conversion performance
  • Developing and executing New growth strategies
  • Supporting book launches and book-driven marketing campaigns
  • Creating and optimizing direct response campaigns
  • Collaborating with content, sales, and leadership teams to execute growth initiatives
  • Identifying new marketing opportunities and taking them from idea to implementation
  • Using AI tools to improve productivity, content creation, campaign execution, and analysis
  • Tracking performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
