Not only is this tedious and time-consuming, but it is rife with opportunity for manual data entry errors, inconsistent reporting, and lost information. Enter, Arch. Arch delivers standardized data, documents, and insights in a single platform, avoiding the need to chase information across dozens or hundreds of ‘portals’. Our purpose is to save investors’ time while empowering them to make more informed investment decisions, leading to better financial outcomes. We are a fast-growing, dynamic team of 200+, serving over 400 clients, including several of America’s largest banks, families, and financial institutions. We’ve over doubled the size of the company every year since inception and we are looking to hire in all departments as we scale. Arch is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to build and scale our growth marketing engine during a period of rapid growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Arch’s demand generation programs across segments, personas, and channels. This is a highly impactful role at the intersection of marketing strategy, revenue growth, and customer engagement. You will build the programs, processes, and measurement frameworks that drive acquisition, expansion, and retention across Arch’s customer lifecycle — from generating awareness and demand to nurturing prospects, accelerating pipeline, and supporting customer growth. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing Operations to develop coordinated go-to-market programs that reach the right audiences, activate the right channels, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who has experience creating demand engines from the ground up. You are equally comfortable developing growth strategy, launching campaigns, analyzing performance, and building scalable systems that connect marketing activity to revenue impact.
