About the role We are looking for a Marketing Ops Associate who is excited to build out impactful marketing campaigns while developing their technical skills in working with automated marketing tools. As part of the Growth Marketing team, you'll be centrally involved in engagement and sales marketing operations – focused on implementation and execution of email, push and in-app campaigns. Our team's scope is increasing this year as we start to support the full integrated marketing team so we expect there may be opportunities for this role to take on tasks outside of what is directly described below. We are looking for someone eager to help design, build, and operate world-class marketing programs.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in lifecycle/engagement marketing or marketing ops
  • Experience working with ESPs and/or a marketing/engagement automation tool (Iterable or Pardot experience a plus)
  • Ability to pick up new processes and technologies quickly
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Precise attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging, and other marketing channels
  • Run A/B tests across campaigns to identify key levers of growth that we can scale across the program
  • Help report on the impact of engagement programs, using learnings to iterate and make improvements
  • Enforce marketing messaging best practices across all channels
  • Work closely with Creative team to ensure alignment on creative vision and voice across all marketing messaging touchpoints
  • Constantly optimize our marketing operations processes for more efficient and seamless campaign deployment
