About The Position

This role sits at the center of growth strategy, turning ambiguous questions into clear, actionable insights that directly influence how Redis acquires, activates, and retains customers. The work has a direct impact, shaping decisions and showing up in shipped experiments and measurable results.

Requirements

  • Strong experience analyzing growth or marketing data in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment.
  • Deep proficiency in SQL/Python and comfort working directly with raw data (data warehouse, event-level data).
  • Experience designing experiments and interpreting results (A/B tests, cohort analysis, funnel analysis).
  • Strong data presentation skills - ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with product-led growth (PLG) or self-serve funnels.
  • Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, GA4, Looker, Hex, Tableau.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that surface performance trends, cohort behavior, and leading indicators.
  • Own analysis across the full growth funnel (acquisition → activation → conversion → retention + upsell), identifying the biggest opportunities to drive impact.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to design, measure, and interpret experiments.
  • Develop clear narratives from data—connecting what’s happening to why it’s happening and what we should do next.
  • Analyze channel performance, messaging tests, and audience segments to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
