About The Position

Forus is seeking a Growth Marketer to take ownership and scale the company's paid acquisition engine. This role involves full responsibility for strategy, execution, and optimization across paid search, paid social, and emerging channels. The primary goal is to drive efficient provider growth and foster a culture of high-velocity experimentation. This is a high-ownership position requiring fast-paced work, lean operations, and decision-making that directly impacts top-of-funnel growth. The role is based in New York and is a full-time, in-person position.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of growth marketing or digital marketing experience, with hands-on ownership of paid search and paid social.
  • Proven track record driving SMB or professional-audience acquisition through digital channels.
  • Proficiency across some or all of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written communication.
  • Startup orientation and comfortable operating without a large support team, building processes from scratch, and context-switching across priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to physicians, clinical staff, or healthcare providers.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance constraints in digital advertising.
  • Experience with SEO strategy and content-driven acquisition.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or health tech with a professional-audience ICP.
  • Experience running video ad campaigns (YouTube, Meta video, OTT).

Responsibilities

  • Own full search strategy, campaign management, and funnel optimization across all search platforms.
  • Own all paid social campaigns across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, including audience targeting, creative briefing, and CAC optimization.
  • Brief and review ad creative across channels, maintaining a continuous refresh cadence tied to channel performance.
  • Build and own attribution infrastructure, reporting dashboards, and a structured A/B testing program across copy, creative, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Work closely with GTM, Design, and Product teams to optimize the full conversion funnel.
  • Contribute beyond core scope to support broader team initiatives as needed.
