About The Position

The Growth Manager will own the P&L for their corridor from beginning to end. This role involves building trust-based relationships with diaspora communities through in-person and online communication, conducting regular customer research with transfer senders, and initiating, negotiating, and building partnerships with community associations and organizations. The Growth Manager will also set up offline and online advertising campaigns, source and lead community ambassadors and influencers, manage agencies for Paid, Creatives, and Events, manage the customer CRM, and optimize operations with the help of Product, Ops, and Eng teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in high growth-environment such as startups, marketing, scale-ups or similar relevant experience
  • Proven experience managing a P&L (being responsible for delivering targets on revenue/sales growth and profitability improvement)
  • Strong business development/partnerships
  • Experience managing influencers and ambassadors within Latin American communities
  • Knowledge and networks in the Latin American diaspora
  • Comfortable hitting the streets and getting people to use the company services
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Growth and Owner Mindset: Familiarity with customer acquisition channels and proven success in hitting targets.
  • Analytics: Experience using data to guide decisions and optimize growth efforts
  • Metrics-Driven: Strong focus on tracking and improving performance, always aiming to beat challenging and ambitious targets
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

  • Experience in Offline and Performance Marketing preferred
