Quintessa Marketing is seeking a Growth Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of law firm clients. This role is responsible for protecting and growing existing client revenue through strategic relationship management, performance analysis, retention initiatives, and expansion opportunities. The Growth Manager acts as the CEO of their assigned book of business, owning client retention, revenue growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnership success. This individual must be highly consultative, data-driven, proactive, and capable of building executive-level relationships with law firm owners and decision-makers. This is not a customer service position. This is a revenue-generating role responsible for managing and growing multimillion-dollar client portfolios.
