About The Position

Carousell Group is a leading platform for secondhand goods in Southeast Asia, aiming to make secondhand the first choice. Laku6, part of Carousell Group, is an AI-first recommerce platform for electronics in Indonesia. The Growth Manager role focuses on running the commercial engine of CarousellMOBILE, Singapore's leading second-hand phone retailer. This position involves driving sales and conversion across physical stores and online channels, managing websites and online storefronts, growing the buyback program through various strategies, analyzing sales and inventory data, and leading a small online sales team. The role offers significant ownership, a hybrid work model with regional impact, and opportunities for fast growth and development within the recommerce market.

Requirements

2+ years in e-commerce, online merchandising, retail, category management or business analysis, with proven strong analytical skills
Understand how data sources work and are fluent with BI dashboards
Use AI tools daily in your work
Can explain why a number moved and what to do about it
Think like a business owner, not just an analyst
Are curious, hungry and love learning new things
Write and speak English fluently

Responsibilities

Own the numbers: drive sales and conversion across our stores and online channels.
Run our websites: shape how our websites and Carousell storefront look and sell, grow organic traffic through SEO, and work with our designer on banners and campaigns.
Grow buyback: find new ways to collect more devices through awareness, advocacy and partnerships.
Find the story in the data: dig into sales and inventory data with BI dashboards and AI tools, and benchmark us against competitors.
Turn insight into action: give clear direction to the online sales team and the store team, and follow through until results move.
Grow people: coach our online sales admins and help them grow into bigger roles.
