Factor Form is hiring a Growth Manager to serve as the operational engine behind our growth strategy, owning the execution layer that allows us to move faster, test more, and scale what works. This is a high-context operator role built for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing execution, data, and cross-channel strategy. Your time will be split between marketing operations and data. Managing channel operations, approving creative, building tracking infrastructure, and ensuring every active campaign is running cleanly across platforms. On the data side, building performance reports, refining LTV models, sizing opportunities, and translating insights into action. This is not a passive coordinator role. It is a high-context execution role built for someone who can make fast, informed judgment calls, thrives in ambiguity, and understands that the details are where growth is won or lost. You will report to the General Manager and work closely with the Head of Growth, agency partners, Product Marketing, and Tech.
