Growth Manager, Performance Marketing

DOSSSan Francisco, CA
Onsite

About The Position

DOSS is building an Operations Cloud for the real world, offering a modern, AI-native platform for physical product businesses to manage the flow of goods, dollars, and data in real time. The platform covers procurement, inventory, orders, fulfillment, finance, and is designed to replace spreadsheet chaos and rigid ERPs with fast time-to-value and adaptability. DOSS recently raised a $55M Series B and is trusted by fast-growing operators. This Growth Manager role is a hands-on position responsible for end-to-end paid acquisition, including strategy and execution across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. The role involves building new channels from scratch, scaling existing programs, and designing experiments to generate pipeline for the GTM team. The Growth Manager will work directly with the Director of Growth, collaborating with product marketing, sales, and design. This is an opportunity to join early and scale a function critical to DOSS's revenue growth. The role is also part of a broader testing engine focused on rapid iteration from market insight to live test to results, emphasizing creating leverage through disciplined experimentation, scalable campaigns, and rigorous measurement.

  • Build new paid channels from scratch and scale live channels efficiently, protecting CAC and efficiency as spend grows.
  • Design and run rigorous A/B tests using a scientific method (hypotheses, isolated variables, statistical significance) to generate repeatable plays across offers, messaging, creative, audiences, and formats.
  • Define, measure, and instrument tracking for leading and lagging indicators at each funnel stage to enable proactive decision-making.
