Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of sales experience
  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship -building skills
  • Ability to work independently while also demonstrating leadership and delegation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience in beverage, distribution, hospitality, or related industries
  • Background in food science
  • Experience in research and development

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive all B2B sales efforts across key channels, including distribution, hospitality, retail, and related sectors
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong, consistent sales pipeline
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed revenue and growth targets
  • Create and implement scalable sales processes, systems, and workflows
  • Identify target markets, partnerships, and expansion opportunities
  • Work closely with leadership to align sales activity with broader business growth strategy
  • Contribute to long -term market expansion and business development planning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts
  • Represent the company with professionalism, energy, and integrity in all interactions
  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients, accounts, and strategic relationships
  • Track performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasting
  • Utilize Excel and spreadsheet tools to manage reporting and sales data
  • Identify areas for optimization and continuous improvement
  • Maintain clear records of opportunities, account activity, and sales performance
  • Play a key role in shaping the company’s future growth trajectory
  • Opportunity to help build and lead a sales team over time
  • Progress into a Chief of Growth role as the company expands regionally
