About The Position

Join With Coverage as a Growth Lead - Real Estate on the Growth team. This role involves owning and scaling one of the company's fastest-growing verticals end-to-end. It is a sales-driven leadership position focused on driving growth of the Real Estate vertical through the full conversion cycle, building deep industry relationships, and leading all aspects of deal execution. The ideal candidate is motivated by results, comfortable operating with autonomy, and eager to accelerate their career by building something meaningful in a high-performance environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in relevant fields (high-growth startups, management consulting, or investment banking/PE/VC)
  • Expert relationship manager and networker, with capacity to excel in B2B sales closing 6-7 figure deals
  • Excellent communication and executive presence
  • Quick learner

Responsibilities

  • Own the vertical’s growth, acting as the Vertical Lead responsible for pipeline generation, relationship development, and deal execution.
  • Generate demand through targeted outreach, manage the pipeline, and guide prospects through the full conversion cycle with clear communication and follow-through.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Real Estate vertical and build deep relationships with industry C-suite leaders, associations, and connectors.
  • Shape the sales playbook in partnership with an Insurance Lead and provide product feedback to address customer needs.
  • Expand referral networks and identify new go-to-market opportunities to consistently grow qualified opportunities.
