About The Position

We’re looking for a Growth Lead, Partnerships & Community to own the relationship side of how MoldCo grows. You’ll be the operational engine behind our CEO-led partnerships, the face of MoldCo in patient communities, and the person building out our affiliate and media pipeline. You’re the person who partners with the head of growth to make those systems come alive through execution: preparing partnership materials, managing community relationships, vetting affiliates, building our podcast pipeline, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate brings their own relationships. You already know podcast hosts in the health space. You already have a network of practitioners, coaches, or health creators you can activate. You understand FTC regulations for healthcare marketing. And you care deeply about protecting patient trust in everything you do.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in partnerships, community management, affiliate marketing, or relationship-driven growth roles
  • Healthcare background preferred. You understand the regulatory environment, patient sensitivity, and what it means to market a clinical service responsibly
  • Working knowledge of FTC regulations for healthcare marketing: testimonial rules, disclosure requirements, claim substantiation
  • Exceptional attention to detail. Partner vetting, QC review, compliance documentation, and brand safety all require precision. In healthcare, errors have real consequences
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication. This role is writing-intensive: partnership materials, community posts, outreach emails, webinar hosting, media coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes relationship threads at once: CEO partnerships, affiliate partners, community leaders, and media contacts all running in parallel
  • Comfortable speaking credibly about clinical topics without overstepping. You know the line between education and medical advice
  • Operational rigor. You can maintain a CRM, run a QC workflow, track compliance docs, and make sure every follow-up happens. Nothing slips

Nice To Haves

  • You already have relationships with podcast hosts and producers in health, wellness, functional medicine, or chronic illness. You can start booking in weeks, not months
  • You bring a network of affiliate or referral partners in healthcare: practitioners, coaches, health creators you can activate quickly
  • You’re already active in mold toxicity or chronic illness patient communities. You understand the language, the concerns, and the trust dynamics of this specific patient population
  • You’ve supported executive-level partnership conversations before: preparing materials, managing follow-up, coordinating closure
  • You’ve managed content QC or editorial workflows in a regulated industry (healthcare, finance, legal)
  • You have experience in DTC health, telehealth, or functional medicine

Responsibilities

  • Prepare tailored partnership materials for each meeting: partner-specific decks, positioning docs, talking points, competitive context
  • Conduct in-depth pre-meeting research and due diligence on prospective partners: audience, clinical credibility, market position, brand alignment
  • Handle all follow-up: send materials, coordinate next steps, track commitments, make sure nothing slips
  • Maintain the partnership CRM and pipeline so leadership always has a current view of where every conversation stands
  • Draft partnership proposals and co-marketing frameworks for CEO review
  • Manage active partnerships: regular check-ins, performance tracking, relationship health, and escalation before issues become problems
  • Support partnership closure: coordinating internal resources, timelines, and deliverables to move from conversation to signed agreement
  • Run the affiliate lifecycle end to end: sourcing, due diligence, outreach, activation, and ongoing relationship management
  • Vet every partner rigorously: clinical credibility, audience alignment, national reach, brand safety. We move at the speed of trust. Every affiliate must be someone we’d emphatically endorse to patients
  • Manage tracking, attribution, payouts, compliance documentation, and performance reporting
  • Maintain and improve the vetting framework so every new affiliate goes through a consistent, repeatable process
  • Own daily presence in the communities where mold-affected patients live: Facebook groups, Reddit, health forums
  • Become a recognized face. Not a brand account, but a trusted person patients know by name
  • Build relationships with group administrators and community leaders
  • Plan and manage educational webinars and community events, with topics driven by what patients are actually asking about
  • Provide ongoing education on mold toxicity, testing options, and treatment pathways. Build trust without making clinical claims
  • Build and manage the outreach pipeline for podcast bookings, journalist relationships, and media appearances
  • Research and vet shows: functional health, environmental illness, longevity, chronic illness. Evaluate audience fit and host credibility before recommending
  • Prepare guest briefs, talking points, and follow-up materials for each appearance
  • Track pipeline metrics: outreach volume, booking rate, audience reach, and downstream patient attribution
  • Own the QC workflow end to end: coordinate between writers, creative producers, and clinical review. Nothing publishes without medical sign-off
  • Manage production QC for our creative and content team, reviewing deliverables against quality standards and brand guidelines
  • Coordinate legal and compliance across all growth activities: partnership agreements, affiliate contracts, FTC documentation, claims review with our medical team
  • Draft copy for partnerships, community, and outreach. You write within the brand voice and messaging framework set by the Head of Growth
  • Maintain a compliance documentation trail so we can demonstrate diligence on every piece of content and every partner relationships
