Join one of Europe's most exciting growth stories. As a Growth Engineer, you will take ownership of our Acquisition & Activation Funnel and the entire MarTech setup.

Requirements

• Experience with Data & Product Analytics – you can analyze funnels independently, derive hypotheses from data, and know which metrics are truly relevant.
• Ability to implement Frontend & Design with the highest quality – you have a strong eye for UX and details and can bring designs pixel-perfect into production.
• Extensive experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js (ideally NestJS) in a SaaS product.
• Experience with Growth Experimentation, A/B Testing, and Conversion Rate Optimization, making data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with modern Analytics, Attribution, and MarTech stacks, and the ability to independently set up and develop tracking, events, and integrations.
• Native German speaker to actively shape our AI, and fluent English.
• Ideally, experience with Data Science – for example, building predictive models for CLTV.

Responsibilities

• Own the Funnel: You are responsible for our Acquisition and Activation funnel end-to-end – from landing pages through signup and onboarding to the first successful value moment.
• Experiment & Ship: You identify bottlenecks based on data, develop hypotheses, and independently ship experiments, new flows, and features to increase conversion and activation.
• Own the Growth Stack: You are responsible for our entire tracking and MarTech setup – from product analytics and attribution to CRM, lifecycle automation, and associated integrations.
• Turn Data into Product: You analyze user behavior and funnel data and translate insights directly into concrete product improvements.
