The GTM Data & Operations team powers Manifest's go-to-market motion across marketing and sales. The team owns the software, automations, and measurement the GTM org runs on, built on a central data platform owned by a separate team. This is a small team with company-wide impact, as every growth decision runs through this work. In this role, you will build and own the software behind marketing and sales, including customer-facing web experiences, internal apps and automations, and AI agents that drive conversion. You will own these systems end to end and enable the team to test and iterate quickly. You will also own marketing's measurement, including reporting, attribution, and journey work that informs the team about what is driving conversion. You will build on a centralized data platform, partner closely with RevOps, and treat marketing and sales as your customers. This is an early, high-ownership engineering seat, in person in NYC, with room to shape how go-to-market runs as the company scales.
