About The Position

We're working with one of the fastest-growing venture-backed consumer technology companies in the crypto space to hire a Growth Engineer. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing engineering team where you'll have direct ownership over product growth, user acquisition and experimentation. You'll work closely with Growth and Product to build, test and optimise experiences that drive user engagement and retention across web and mobile. If you enjoy shipping quickly, making data-driven decisions and seeing your work directly impact growth metrics, this role offers significant ownership from day one.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience with the ability to deliver features end-to-end.
• Experience building modern web applications and APIs.
• Confidence working independently and driving projects from concept through to production.
• A strong understanding of experimentation, analytics and product-led growth.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools as part of your engineering workflow.

Nice To Haves

• An interest in fintech, consumer products or Web3 is advantageous, with personal crypto trading experience considered a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building and launching growth experiments across web and mobile.
• Running A/B tests across onboarding journeys, product features and conversion funnels.
• Building in-product growth mechanics such as notifications, referral incentives, retention campaigns and promotional features.
• Optimising user acquisition funnels, from landing pages through to attribution and conversion tracking.
• Working closely with Product and Growth teams to identify opportunities, prioritise experiments and measure impact.
• Shipping features end-to-end across frontend and backend systems.
• Leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve engineering efficiency.
