About The Position

iTmethods is seeking an AI-native builder to own high-velocity agentic GTM demand and growth across its strategic product portfolio, including Forge (Managed Runtime/Governed Infrastructure) and Reign (AI Governance & Assurance Platform). This role involves designing strategy, orchestrating multi-agent workflows, running Claude agents, and shipping autonomous pipelines end-to-end for multiple products and launches. The company is a 21-year-old, profitable enterprise platform company that has rebooted AI-native and is launching multiple products. They sell into highly regulated enterprises in financial services, healthcare, pharma, defense, and semiconductors. This is a high-velocity, initiative-focused role built for executive speed, operating at an executive cadence with direct partnership with the CEO and CRO, enabling decisions in hours, not weeks.

Requirements

  • AI-native builder, not AI-curious manager.
  • Shipped multiple production agent or LLM workflows.
  • Writes own prompts, composes own skills, configures own MCP connectors.
  • Hands-on fluency with HubSpot plus Clay-class tools and ZoomInfo or comparable enterprise data platform, configured by the candidate.
  • Built and owned demand gen or growth at a B2B enterprise or regulated-industry SaaS.
  • Light code comfort: TypeScript or Python at read-and-modify level.
  • JSON-LD and YAML at author level.
  • Writes, builds, and analyzes; not a vendor manager.
  • Track record selling into long, regulated enterprise cycles where trust is the gate.

Responsibilities

  • Own the number, across the portfolio, for marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline for every product operated on.
  • Own the agentic launch motion and demand engineering for each product launch as it ships.
  • Orchestrate the agentic playbook for new initiatives that kick off on a quarterly cadence and compound it launch after launch.
  • Configure, automate, and orchestrate the multi-agent system using HubSpot, Clay, Claude agents, ZoomInfo, and internal Campaign Manager and Sales Manager surfaces.
  • Ensure data discipline, including encoded ICP per product, clean living segments, and continuous scoring.
  • Ensure governed execution, with every agent and workflow running inside Reign's governance envelope, audit-ready by default.
