Requirements

Self-motivation and a strategic mindset.
Problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar.
Experience or interest in coding and marking technology.
At least 2 years of successful sales experience in coding, marking, or a related technology field.

Responsibilities

Drive New Business: Identify and pursue new customers through cold calling, targeted outreach, and strategic prospecting.
Manage the Sales Cycle: Qualify leads, develop and present proposals, and close deals to achieve sales and profit goals.
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with decision makers, follow up consistently, and understand customer needs.
Maximize Account Value: Support new customers to ensure they get the most from Linx solutions, encouraging long-term partnerships.
Leverage Technology: Use Salesforce and other sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, call systems, live chat, email) to manage your pipeline and improve efficiency.
Analyze & Strategize: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies to identify opportunities and refine your sales approach.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to share insights, shape campaigns, and drive growth.
