The Growth Development team sits at the intersection of Growth and Sales, helping turn awareness into high-quality commercial conversations across hx’s US target account list. Our go-to-market approach is presence-first: we build familiarity before we ask for meetings. Working closely with the US Sales Pod and Growth team, we use events, account-based marketing, content, campaigns, and targeted sales plays to make hx impossible to ignore across the accounts that matter most. From there, we turn engagement signals into timely, relevant outreach that earns attention for the right reasons. As a Growth Development Representative, you will work side by side with Account Executives (AEs), Growth, Marketing, Events, and GTM Ops to activate named accounts, identify the right personas, and develop Champions and Coaches inside target accounts. You will use signals such as event attendance, content engagement, ABM campaign activity, executive job changes, and inbound interest to create thoughtful outreach that moves accounts from Target to Aware, Warm, Sales Engaged, and into New Champion Meetings. This is not a volume-first outbound role. Success comes from strong judgement, sharp research, fast follow-up, and thoughtful execution. This role will be central to shaping our US go-to-market approach as hx continues to expand in North America, with the opportunity to grow towards either a sales-focused Account Executive path or a Growth Marketing-focused path over time.
