About The Position

Responsible for managing, coordinating, tracking, processing and developing relationships with referral sources and client base of local employers for the Inpatient/Outpatient Rehabilitation, and Occupational Medicine service line.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Must have strong computer background skills.
  • Social Media engagement
  • Technical Experience: 3 years

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates the ability to assimilate information and write competently and creatively.
  • Effectively coordinates and contributes to events or activities with multiple tactics.
  • Contributes to positive community and physician relationships by taking advantage of opportunities to involve therapists, nurses, and physicians in promoting service lines when appropriate.
  • Understands and identifies appropriate social media opportunities to promote initiatives.
  • Work with SIH marketing department to prepare, produce and monitor production of corporate material to ensure consistency, appropriateness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Achieve meaningful relationships with community.
  • Facilitate accountability to managers/supervisors to ensure optimal outcome of service line growth.
  • Develop, engage, and manage outreach activities to execute project plans and organizational performance goals.
  • Keep all projects and overall initiatives on schedule and continuously track progress.
  • Develop and follow through with strategic plans.
  • Achieve meaningful relationships with service area employers and referral sources.
  • Actively participates on appropriate system-wide or hospital-based teams.
  • Collaborate with Inpatient/Outpatient/Occupational Medicine supervisors to develop focus areas for customer addition, retention and relations.
  • Coordinate current customer retention efforts for Inpatient/Outpatient/Occupational Medicine.
  • Facilitates accountability to Inpatient/Outpatient/Occupational Medicine Directors, Managers, and staff to ensure optimal outcome of program growth.
  • Develop, engage and manage Inpatient/Outpatient/Occupational Medicine outreach activities to execute project plans and organizational performance goals.
  • Facilitate design and delivery of the project plan based on the focus areas developed.
  • Keep all projects and overall initiative on schedule and continuously track project progress.
  • Maintains all required records, reports, statistics, logs, files and other documents as required, including but not limited to contact list changes.
  • Promotes the services offered by Inpatient/Outpatient/Occupational Medicine and supports those companies who utilize services.
  • Develop and follow through with weekly strategic action plans to contact potential customers.
  • Participate in monthly service line meetings reviews.
  • Promotes a culture of process improvement by establishing service line programs that supports the system’s process improvement goals.
  • Provide quality feedback on projects, processes, and data.
  • Provide quarterly executive updates.
  • Support and coordinate Inpatient/Outpatient/Occupational Medicine symposium, lunch and learn and other customer promotional activity.
