About The Position

Our client is a fast-scaling, remote performance growth agency that believes creative is the lever for growth, and the fastest way to pull it is with clean signals from paid performance. They help brands grow through disciplined testing, sharp messaging, and creative that converts. This role is for a Growth Creative Strategist who can also media buy, connecting performance data to human psychology and creative direction to drive results. The individual will own the entire loop: building campaigns, analyzing performance signals, and creating briefs to improve creative iteratively. This is a general manager-style growth position involving strategy, execution, and communicating performance insights. B2B experience is particularly important, focusing on pipeline impact and lead quality over just cheap clicks.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on media buying experience with end-to-end execution.
  • A portfolio of performance work with clear explanations of results and reasoning.
  • Strong direct-response copy instincts (hooks, benefits, CTAs, positioning).
  • Strong understanding of testing logic and creative performance signals.
  • B2B experience, including understanding lead quality, pipeline impact, longer sales cycles, and different persuasion dynamics.
  • Clear, professional English communication (written and spoken).
  • Comfort working asynchronously and remotely with a high degree of ownership.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Ad Library for research.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns end-to-end.
  • Own targeting, pacing, testing structure, and optimization decisions.
  • Diagnose performance issues with speed and clarity, identifying causes and next steps.
  • Research audience motivations, objections, and key drivers of conversion.
  • Develop conversion-focused angles, hooks, messaging frameworks, and test plans.
  • Write or guide direct-response copy, including hooks, scripts, headlines, and ad copy across various formats.
  • Translate performance learnings into creative briefs for creators, designers, and editors.
  • Read key metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL, ROAS) and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Communicate performance updates clearly, explaining what happened, its implications, and planned actions.
  • Present insights and recommendations to clients confidently on calls.
